Your new dental provider should obtain radiographs and records during your first visit. However, if a copy of your dental records is needed, they are available at no charge. To request a copy of your records, please email recordsHP@vfdental.com or call (336) 887-9277 to leave a voicemail. Please allow a reasonable amount of time for processing.
